Courses taught in English in Rauma are in the fields of
business, tourism, media studies and maritime management. Courses are
broken into two, 8-week sessions each semester.
Students taking a full load of courses register for
24-30 ECTS units of credit, or 12-15 semester hours.

Courses in English are available in the Entrepreneurship
and Business Competence (MBA) program.
Lectures, seminars, etc. are organized on
Fridays. The
location varies by campus, but it is advisable that
graduate students live in Rauma (or Pori).
SUAS will accept graduate students for one semester
and allow enrollment in graduate level courses, courses
plus research, courses plus internship
by permission, and online courses offered through the
home institution.
Students are encouraged to enroll
in an Introduction to Finnish Language and Culture
course, which runs parallel with other studies.
